지난 일요일에 초계탕을 한 번 더 시도해 보았다. 물 양을 적게 잡았더니 첫번째보다 좀 나아지긴 했는데, 닭고기를 찢고 냉면을 삶는 것 (저번엔 P군이 했는데) 까지 내가 하고나니 꼬박 두 시간이 걸리더라. 생각보다 어렵지 않다는 말 취소다. 내가 닭가슴살 혹은 안심으로만 요리했기 때문에 기름을 걷어내고 보에 거르는 시간까지 줄어든 걸 생각하면, 초계탕은 무지무지 손이 가는 힘든 음식이다!!! 하여... 나는 정식으로 만들 생각은 더이상 하지 않게 되었다 (먹고싶으니 만들긴 만들어야겠다 -_-). 이에 나도 보고, 혹시 궁금한 다른 사람도 있을까 싶어 초계탕 간단히 만들기 요리법을 정리해볼까 한다. 속성 초계탕이라고 할까나? 내 입맛도 그리 착한 편은 아니니, 별 문제없이 먹을 수 있을 거라고 본다. :..
